Due to the large quantity of submissions to
CologneOFF IV – Here we Are
also this year, there are pre-selections until the extended deadline of 1 September 2008.
Pre-selections mean concretely, that the selected works form the pool of videos/films to be selected for participating either in the competition of CologneOFF or an extended show on VideoChannel , the way it was practiced also in the previous CologneOFF editions, thus the pre-selected works participate in any case in one or the other way.
